Guy Roofing did a wonderful job from start to finish on my complete roof replacement. Starting with my initial call and the immediate response of the receptionist to set up of a visit and review from Neal Craig on the sales side, Neal made the whole process simple, easy to understand, and takes care of handling all the details. The ladies in the office communicate great and keep you informed and guided through the process. The installers take care of a professional install and keep things clean, maintained, and easy to live around. The final product service looks excellent, all debris cleaned up and Justin Ponder did a terrific job, explains and ensures the final quality control, satisfaction, and clean up of the job. I like the idea of a local family owned service business and it shows that the ownership has worked at building a great team and providing quality, professional service....will use Guy Roofing in the future and recommend to others.
My roof was replaced yesterday. From the salesman / estimator I worked with, Jim Trueman, to the work crew, to Randy Stewart in quality control, to the people I spoke with on the phone, the entire process was outstanding. Everything was explained in detail to me, and the work was done efficiently and to the highest standard. The work crew thoroughly cleaned up after they were done, and Randy came out the next day (today) to make sure everything was done right and ran a magnet around my yard again to make sure all the nails were picked up. I cannot recommend Guy Roofing highly enough - I am so pleased with my new roof!
Had great a great experience from beginning to end! Office staff was very easy to work with and communicated well. The employees were very fast and efficient. They showed up ready to work and didn't stop until they finished. My quality control rep Justin Ponder was outstanding! He was very helpful with explaining the products and the Installation process! He was very detailed oriented when he came to QC the work. I would recommend Guy Roofing to all of my family and friends!
